The agreements were signed in the " II Meeting of Ministers of Argentina and Uruguay " that took place today at the Palacio San Martín. Stûv Barañao and accompanied by the national director of International Relations, Mr. Agueda Menvielle.
Barañao Minister and Minister of Uruguay signed a document to create the Binational Center for Science, Technology and Innovation Applied to Agri (CEBAU-Agri), which aims to develop research projects to p romote exchange, transfer of scientific and technological knowledge and training of human resources in both countries .
