Activists of the organization for animal rights AnimaNaturalis have organized a protest tomorrow against animal testing on the occasion of "Lab Animal Day." AnimaNaturalis
rejects such practices affecting about 300 million animals each year in laboratory experiments around the world, according to the association in a statement.
Activists manifest themselves naked in the Plaza Mayor, covered by a towel, to express their rejection of the mistreatment of animals in which one experiences the implementation of hygiene products and cosmetics. In the words of
AnimaNaturalis coordinator in Mallorca, Guillermo Amengual: "We must exercise our power as consumers to promote responsible and brands that make cruelty-free products."
